Delivery
Aisake aim to deliver goods within 5 to 10 days to the UK, and 5 to 15
days to overseas destinations from the point at which the item has been
created. All Aisake gifts are made to order; once an order has been placed
the customer will be notified of the time it will take to create the item
requested. Should you require faster delivery of your item we offer a
special delivery service. Please contact us for details of prices to your
area. There is free postage and packing for all UK addresses. For details
of postage and packing costs for destinations outside the UK and to obtain
details of estimated delivery times please contact Aisake by e-mail, telephone
or post.
Shipping Polices and Exportation Restrictions
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes
that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Aisake accept no
responsibility for charges for customs clearance; these must be borne
by the customer and no refund will be given in connection with customer
dissatisfaction relating to these charges. For further information contact
your local customs office.
Guarantee
Aisake customers are guaranteed to receive quality hand painted gifts
in perfect condition. All items are quality-checked before packing, and
are packed in an excess of protective material to ensure the safe delivery
of goods.
Refund
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, customers can choose
to either receive a full refund or the equivalent in credit. To be eligible
for a refund or credit customers must notify Aisake of damaged goods within
7 days of receipt and return goods to the address above. If a customer
chooses to cancel an order for any reason a full refund or credit will
be given upon receipt of the goods provided they are intact and resalable.
The customer is responsible for the costs of postage on returned goods.
Privacy
Aisake will only use your personal information in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998. From time to time we may contact you with details
of our offers and promotions. If you do not wish to receive this information
